The next meeting of the Swiss Abroad Council is on March 10, 2018.
Main topic: e-voting, opportunities and risks.

The Swiss Abroad Council (ASR) represents the interests of all Swiss Abroad vis-à-vis the authorities and the public in Switzerland. The ASR meets twice a year in Switzerland for a full-day meeting to discuss important issues of the Swiss abroad policy and to comment on current issues from the perspective of the Fifth Switzerland.

There will be an adversarial debate on security aspects of electronic voting. Participants in the debate are Franz Grüter, National Council (SVP / ZH) and Co-President of the parliamentary group "Auslandschweizer", as well as a representative of the Swiss Post, which provides a system for the cantons of Freiburg, Neuchâtel, Thurgau and, shortly, Basel-Stadt Voting.

You will also have the possibility of watching a live stream the session on the Organisation of the Swiss Abroad (OSA) YouTube channel.
