Alberto Giacometti is known for his distinctive, elongated sculptures which experiment with the human form. Three groundbreaking exhibitions position historic sculptures by Giacometti with new works by contemporary artists. Organised in collaboration with the Fondation Giacometti, this year-long series entitled ‘Encounters’ launches in May with works by Huma Bhabha, followed by Mona Hatoum in September and Lynda Benglis in February 2026.

Photo London continues to bring together an exceptional selection of international galleries, acclaimed photographers and pioneering emerging talent. From Switzerland these two galleries will be present:
Bildhalle Gallery will present a highly curated selection of artists from around the world, with a particular focus on photography of the second half of the 20th century and contemporary artistic positions of the 21st century.

No Nile View marks the first major solo show of Swiss-Egyptian artist Noha Mokhtar in London. A visual exploration of middle and upper class domestic spaces in Cairo, the exhibition brings together a series of photographs alongside a site-specific work. With projects oscillating between fiction and non-fiction, the artist seeks a critical engagement with notions of culture, family, gender and the built environment.

Enjoy the best sights of central London while jogging. Relaxed pace (6 to 7 min/km) – choose between one of two distances (5 or 11 km).

London Landmarks Run Club | Saturday 17 May 2025, from 09.00 (11km run) or 10.00 (5km run)
This relaxed jog through central London will take in some of the city’s most iconic sights, with plenty of time to stop for photos and soak in the atmosphere.
Whether you fancy a longer or shorter route, there is something for everyone:
- 11km group: Start at Pimlico Station at 09.00 (led by Andy)
- 5km group: Join at the halfway point at South Bank Centre at 10.00 (led by Paolo)
We will all finish together after crossing the iconic Tower Bridge, and end the morning with a well-earned drink and bite to eat near Butlers Wharf. All are welcome to join us there for a drink or snack!
All participants should be comfortable jogging at a relaxed pace of around 6 to 7 min/km.

Swiss-Romansh writer Gianna Olinda Cadonau was invited as one of 14 European authors to join a residency in Wales to exchange on endangered languages and landscapes. She was also selected to participate at the Hay Festival during the ‘Writers at Work’ session and will appear on stage on 30 May.
