17 May, 01.30 am (night Thu to Fri): Bound by Endogamy at Green Door Store
18 May, 3.00 pm: Fulmine at Volks
On 17 May from 12.00 pm to 4.00 pm Swiss Music Export, in collaboration with the Swiss Arts Council Pro Helvetia and Fondation SUISA, will host a Swiss Music Showcase at Komedia Studio Bar. More info.

CMYK Festival, an annual celebration of print and illustration featuring a market place, workshops for all ages and talks, started in 2019 by the BA Illustration course leaders at Hereford College of Arts. For this year’s edition, guest speaker Lawrence Grimm, an illustrator and cartoonist from Zurich, will present his work in a lecture followed by a workshop. On this occasion, the exhibition Printing in Swiss curated by Ed Catley will be on show one last time.

Please join Loredana Guetg-Wyatt and Andreas Feller-Ryf for a free, virtual information session to learn more about the work they do as UK delegates of the Council of the Swiss Abroad. This virtual session will also cover the political rights of the Swiss Abroad and how to enroll on the voting and electoral roll.
Guests speakers are Ariane Rustichelli, Director of the Organisation of the Swiss Abroad (SwissCommunity.org ) and Thomas Wagner, Consul General at the Embassy of Switzerland in the United Kingdom

Marck: Marck’s Playground” 2024 Solo Exhibition 2024.3.14-5.26

This solo exhibition presents a selection of Marck’s signature pieces alongside new artworks in the realm of video sculpture. Marck was in residence at the gallery for an extended week, during which he established a site-specific studio within the gallery premises to create on-site works.

Calling all Alphorn enthusiasts for a musical gathering!
Join us on Sunday, June 2, 2024, from 10 to 16 at Woodcote Primary School, just off the A4074 between Oxford and Reading. Open to all UK alphorn players, PlayDay promises a day filled with music and friendship.
Enjoy complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits, and don’t forget to bring your mug. Lunch is a packed affair.
The schedule includes warm-up sessions, small group play, and an informal performance. It’s not just a musical gathering; it’s a chance to connect with fellow alphorn enthusiasts. Guests are welcome to attend the 14:30 performance.
