Come join us Saturday 4 October for the second NSH Running Event, after the big success of our first one back in May. This relaxed jog will take us through the beautiful Royal Parks (Hyde Park, St James Park and Green Park), with plenty of time to stop for photos and soak in the atmosphere.
Whether you fancy a longer or shorter route, there is something for everyone:
- 10km group: Start at Queensway Tube Station at 09.30
- 5km group: Join at the halfway point at Guards Memorial (Horse Guards Rd) at 10.15
- 3km group (WALK): Join us at Apsley Gate (SE corner of Hyde Park) at 10.15, we will take a gentle walk through the park
We will all finish together by Queensway, and end the morning with a well-earned drink and snack at Blank Street Coffee. All are welcome to join us there, even if you did not join a run or walk group!
All participants should be comfortable jogging at a relaxed pace of around 6 to 7 min/km.
